Beaver Creek is an alpine village in Colorado’s Vail Valley and is one of the best weekend getaways you can find in the state. Located just two hours from Littleton, Beaver Creek has over 1,800 acres of fresh powder to dig your skis into. Steamboat Springs, CO

Located three hours from Littleton, Steamboat Springs is worth the drive – trust us. Known as Ski Town, USA, this quiet town in the mountains is perfect for a day of shredding. Afterwards, retreat to Strawberry Hot Springs to relax and fully embrace the après ski culture. If skiing isn’t your forte, simply take the gondola up to the top of Mount Werner to take in some breathtaking views of the area.

Fort Collins, CO

Just 75 miles north of Littleton, Fort Collins is a college town – home of the CSU Rams – located in the foothills of the Rocky Mountains. It’s known as the beer capital of Colorado, so you can enjoy sampling this vibrant town with a freshly brewed IPA in hand. If you’re an outdoor enthusiast who needs to get outside, Fort Collins also offers endless opportunities for mountain biking, hiking, and kayaking.

Only 66 miles southeast of Littleton, Colorado Springs is an outdoor enthusiast’s dream. With a 14er as the city’s backdrop – perhaps you’ve heard of Pikes Peak? – Colorado Springs is the perfect setting for a thrilling and adventurous weekend getaway. Take on one of the many hiking trails at Pikes Peak, experience natural red rock formations at Garden of the Gods, or check out the Olympic Training Center to get a taste of what this town is all about. Located right in the middle of Rocky Mountain National Park and only 80 miles from Littleton, Estes Park is a must-see for those visiting the Rockies.
