How long is the lease term?

StorQuest offers month-to-month leases, meaning no long-term commitment. We know how quickly things change in life and we will work with your needs.

When can I get to my belongings?

Convenience and ease of access is our goal. Most of our facilities are open seven days a week and offer long office and gate access hours, which vary by location.

Will my belongings be safe?

StorQuest facilities are equipped with state-of-the-art security to monitor the safety of your belongings: many facilities feature 24 hour videotaped surveillance, electronic gate access, individual storage unit alarms, and are fenced and well lit so you feel comfortable accessing your storage unit at night. Specific security features vary by location.

How can I make a payment?

Payments can be processed by mail, in person or through our website. You may also arrange to have your payment automatically deducted from your credit card.

Do you require insurance?

StorQuest Self Storage requires all tenants to provide proof of insurance coverage for all property stored at the facility. If you have a homeowner’s or renter’s insurance policy, it may cover your stored items. Please review your policy or contact your insurance carrier to find out. If you are providing your own insurance, we need a copy of your current certificate of insurance or declarations page for our records. If you don’t have a policy or are not sure what your current policy covers, affordable tenant insurance is available for purchase when you sign your lease.

How much notice do I need to give to move out?

We require a seven days written notice to move out. Full details on the vacating policy will be provided for you at the time of move-in.

Do you prorate my move out?

Billing is done on your anniversary of your move-in date. Rent is never prorated or refunded. Tenants must vacate the storage unit no later than the anniversary date in order to avoid being charged for the next month.

Do you offer boxes and packing supplies?

We want to make your move as stress free as possible. All StorQuest Self Storage facilities offer a wide variety of boxes and packing supplies for purchase.

What is an On-Site Manager?

On-Site Managers live in an apartment on the facility grounds. Our employers genuinely care about the safety of your belongings.

Are drive-up units available?

Most StorQuest Self Storage facilities offer the convenience of drive-up units. Drive-up storage units are located on the first floor of the facility allowing you to comfortably unload your storage items directly from your vehicle into your unit.

What are climate controlled units?

We offer climate controlled units which are cooled in the summer and heated in the winter. Climate controlled storage units protect items that could be damaged by severe hot or cold, such as electronics, photographs or items made out of wood or plastic.

Can I store a RV/Camper/Car/Boat?

StorQuest Self Storage offers RV/Camper/Car/Boat storage at select locations. Please visit our RV & Boat Storage page to find a facility near you.

Are there moving trucks available?

Various locations offer moving trucks and some of our facilities even offer a FREE truck and driver at move-in. Please contact a facility near you or visit our Truck and Driver Program page for full details.

Is my rate guaranteed for the lifetime of my stay with StorQuest?

StorQuest is committed to providing our customers with the most professional, safe and convenient self storage services. With that in mind, your monthly rate is not guaranteed for the lifetime of your stay with StorQuest. Periodically, we find it necessary to make adjustments to our customers’ rental rates in order to keep up with the rising costs of doing business, and providing a safe, secure facility.

Are the facility details provided on the website standard for all StorQuest stores?

Unit sizes provided are approximate. Unit features, pricing and availability vary by facility. All discounts and coupons are subject to terms and conditions based upon location and unit size.

What are the terms and conditions of this site?

StorQuest Self Storage makes no warranties on this site and its terms are subject to change at any point in time. StorQuest is not responsible for technical difficulties of any sort including a network failure or delayed connection. In addition, StorQuest will not be held accountable for the use or content of any websites accessed through or provided by this site.
