Stone Brewing World Bistro & Garden

A staple of San Diego craft brewing ever since the release of its hop-centered Stone IPA in 1997, Stone Brewing has got to be a the top of your list. Housed in a former U.S. Navy Mess Hall, Stone Brewing World Bistro and Gardens has received a modern makeover. Alesmith Brewing Company

Recognized as the San Diego International Beer Festival back-to-back Champion Brewery, Alesmith Brewing Company has earned its reputation as one of the best breweries in San Diego. From their San Diego Pale Ale .394, named after San Diego Padre legend Tony Gwynn’s career-high batting average, to the hop-heavy Double IPA, Alesmith has endless options that are sure to satisfy everyone’s palate. As the largest tasting room in the city, this iconic San Diego brewery features a Tony Gwynn museum, a speakeasy-style tasting space with high-percentage barrel-aged beers, and an elevated tasting area where you can watch all the magic happen. 

Ballast Point Brewing & Spirits

Located in the heart of Little Italy, Ballast Point’s beers are enjoyed coast to coast. If you’re looking to gorge on some delicious food and polish off a few brews, Ballast Point views craft beer as more of an art than a science. Try their flagship Sculpin IPA, or take a chance on an inventive limited edition offering. Their bayside patio makes Ballast Point one of the best places to enjoy a beer in San Diego.

Coronado Brewing Company has felt the love from San Diego locals and tourists alike. This 21-year-old company has been growing like crazy without any signs of slowing down.
