Our FREE Truck & Driver Program* is a service offered at the time of move-in for all new customers within a 5-mile radius of the store on 5x10 unit sizes or larger. Simply call us today to schedule an appointment in advance to have a truck sent to your home or office! Upon arrival, you load your packed belongings into the truck, follow our driver to the facility, complete any necessary paperwork and unload your stuff into your storage unit. Yes, it’s really that simple.

What to Know About This Awesome Program

StorQuest’s FREE Truck & Driver Program includes one free roundtrip at move-in only. Additional trips will be $49.99/hour. A rental lease and Hold Harmless agreement needs to be completed before scheduling the truck and customers cannot ride in the truck with the driver. And remember, the driver is providing transportation of your belongings only. You are responsible for loading and unloading your stuff. Time limits do apply depending on the size of your self storage unit:

  • 5x10 – 1.5 Hours Max (45 Minutes to Load & 45 Minutes to Unload)
  • 10x10 – 2 Hours Max (1 Hour to Load & 1 Hour to Unload)
  • 10x20 – 3 Hours Max (1.5 Hours to Load & 1.5 Hours to Unload)
