Seabrook Nature Trails - Meador Park and Pine Gully Park

Frankie Carter Randolph Park

As the biggest park in Friendswood, this one may be a no-brainer. Frankie Carter Randolph Park offers a variety of nature trails perfect for trail running. The running and hiking trails in the park wind down toward Clear Creek, which provides the natural ambiance you desire while running - great views and the sound of running water to keep you motivated. This park is a popular spot for good reason. It’s well-maintained and features an abundance of McCarthy Roses for a fragrant bonus.

Dixie Farm Road Park

When seeking trail running near Friendswood, be sure to check out Dixie Farm Road Park in Pearland. The walking/running trail at Dixie Farm Road Park also connects to the Scarsdale Park to extend your run. You’ll feel at ease running on these trails found right in the middle of the wilderness. Don’t be surprised to see rabbits, deer, birds, and other woodland creatures on your daily run. The trail here may just be over a mile, but you can get in six or more miles when you connect at the turnaround at Blackhawk/Riverstone Ranch. It’s dog friendly too! Bring your canine companion along for a shared trail run.
