NO PURCHASE NECESSARY
PURCHASE OR ACCEPTANCE OF A PRODUCT OFFER WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING
BY ENTERING OR OTHERWISE PARTICIPATING IN THE SWEEPSTAKES, YOU AGREE TO THESE OFFICIAL RULES, WHICH ARE A CONTRACT, SO READ THEM CAREFULLY BEFORE ENTERING. WITHOUT LIMITATION, THESE OFFICIAL RULES REQUIRE YOU TO INDEMNIFY AND RELEASE ALL CLAIMS AND INCLUDES A LIMITATION OF YOUR RIGHTS AND REMEDIES. ALL DISPUTES WILL BE RESOLVED SOLELY BY BINDING ARBITRATION WITH NO CLASS RELIEF.
- SPONSORSHIP. This Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by William Warren Properties, Inc., a California corporation, doing business as StorQuest Self Storage (“Sponsor”), at 100 Wilshire Blvd., Suite 400, Santa Monica, CA 90401.
- ELIGIBILITY. The Sweepstakes is open only to currently enrolled students of the University of Florida who are legal residents of the United States and at least eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry, and who possess a valid “.edu” email address (each, a “Participant”). Void where prohibited. Employees of Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion partners and internet agencies, and each of their respective officers, directors, and agents and their immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling, and grandparent) and/or household members are not eligible to participate. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply.
- AGREEMENT TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS. By entering the Sweepstakes, Participant agrees to abide by these Official Rules, which are fully and unconditionally binding in all respects (including, without limitation, decisions regarding eligibility of entries, the selection of the winners, and the awarding of the prizes). Sponsor reserves the right to refuse, withdraw, or disqualify any entry at any time at Sponsor’s sole discretion. By entering the Sweepstakes, Participant represents and warrants that Participant is eligible to participate based on the eligibility requirements described herein and that all information provided is true and correct in all respects. Participant also agrees to accept the decisions of Sponsor as final and binding as it relates to the Sweepstakes.
- SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD. The Sweepstakes begins at 12:01 AM Eastern Time (“ET”) on February 23 2026 and ends at 11:59 PM ET on March 10, 2026 (the “Promotion Period”). Sponsor will conduct a total of eleven (11) random drawings during the Promotion Period, as further described in Section 6.
- HOW TO ENTER. During the Promotion Period, Participants may enter by completing all of the following steps: (a) follow Sponsor’s designated social media account; (b) tag at least one (1) friend in the comments of the promotional post; and (c) submit their name and valid “.edu” email address through the Linktr.ee or other submission form linked in the promotional post. Limit one (1) entry per person per day during the Promotion Period. Multiple entries in excess of this limit are void.
- NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A purchase or payment will not improve your chances of winning. SELECTION OF WINNERS;PRIZES; APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE. During the Promotion Period, Sponsor will award a total of eleven (11) prizes across multiple prize categories. Winners will be selected in random drawings conducted periodically throughout the Promotion Period from among all eligible entries received as of each drawing date. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
The prizes to be awarded are as follows:
- Gator Game Tickets (for two): One (1) winner will receive two (2) tickets to a University of Florida athletic event (Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $47). Event date, seat location, and additional terms are subject to availability and Sponsor’s discretion. Sponsor is not responsible for event cancellation or changes.
- Opus Gift Cards: Four (4) winners will each receive one (1) Opus Gift Card with an ARV of $25 (total ARV for this category: $100).
- Dinner Experience for Two: One (1) winner will receive a gift certificate or voucher for a dinner for two at a local restaurant selected by Sponsor (ARV: $75).
- Pottery Experience for Two: One (1) winner will receive a voucher for a pottery class or experience for two people (ARV: $60). Scheduling and participation are subject to provider availability and terms.
- Amazon Gift Cards: Four (4) winners will each receive one (1) Amazon.com Gift Card with an ARV or $12.50 (total ARV for this category: $50).
- Total approximate retail value of all prizes: $332.
Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and may not be redeemed for cash or substituted by winners, except that Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable for any reason. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged prizes once delivered.
All federal, state, and local taxes, if any, are the sole responsibility of each winner.
Sponsor’s decisions regarding the selection of winners and the awarding of prizes are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes.
- ENTRY LIMITS. Limit one (1) entry per person per day during the Promotion Period, regardless of method of entry. Additional entries beyond this limit are void. Entries generated by script, macro, bot, or other automated means, or by any means that subvert the entry process, are prohibited and will be disqualified. In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of an entrant, the authorized account holder of the email address used to enter will be deemed the entrant.
- LIMITATIONS. Sponsor reserves the right to verify eligibility and to disqualify any entry that does not comply with these Official Rules or that is incomplete, inaccurate, fraudulent, or submitted in bad faith. Sponsor is not responsible for late, lost, delayed, incomplete, corrupted, misdirected, or undeliverable entries, or for any technical, network, electronic, or other errors that may interfere with the entry process. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if it determines, in tis sole discretion, that the Sweepstakes cannot be conducted as planned due to fraud, technical failures, unauthorized intervention, or any other factors beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control.
- WINNER SELECTION. Potential winners will be selected in random drawings conducted by Sponsor from among all eligible entries received as of each drawing date. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Sponsor’s decisions regarding eligibility and winner selection are final and binding.
- WINNER NOTIFICATION. Potential winners will be notified via email using the address provided at entry. Sponsor is not responsible for notifications that are not received due to spam filters, security settings, incorrect contact information, or other delivery issues beyond Sponsor’s control. Potential winners must respond to the notification within seventy-two (72) hours (or such other time period specified by Sponsor) to claim the prize. Failure to respond within the stated time period, inability to contact the potential winner, or failure to comply with these Official Rules may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner. The receipt by a winner of the prize offered in the Sweepstakes is conditioned upon compliance with any and all federal and state laws and regulations. Each winner is solely responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes on the prize.
- PERMISSIONS. EXCEPT WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW, BY SUBMITTING AN ENTRY FORM, EACH PARTICIPANT AGREES TO RECEIVE, AND Sponsor MAY DELIVER, ADVERTISING AND MARKETING EMAILS TO PARTICIPANT. PARTICIPANT MAY OPT-OUT OF SUCH COMMUNICATIONS AT ANY TIME BY CLICKING THE UNSUBSCRIBE LINK IN THE ADVERTISEMENT.EXCEPT WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW, ENTERING THE SWEEPSTAKES CONSTITUTES PERMISSION FOR SPONSOR TO USE WINNERS’ NAMES, IMAGE, HOMETOWNS AND LIKENESSES FOR ONLINE POSTING, AND/OR ANY ADVERTISING AND PUBLICITY WITHOUT ADDITIONAL COMPENSATION OR CONSENT FROM WINNERS.BY SUBMITTING INFORMATION IN THE SWEEPSTAKES, PARTICIPANT ACKNOWLEDGES THAT SPONSOR WILL BE COLLECTING, STORING, AND USING PARTICIPANT’S INFORMATION FOR SPONSOR’S BUSINESS PURPOSES SUCH AS TO ADMINISTER THE SWEEPSTAKES AND EXERCISE ITS RIGHTS HEREUNDER, INCLUDING FOR MARKETING AND PUBLICITY CAMPAIGNS PERFORMED BY SPONSOR. - LIMITATION OF LIABILITY. - GOVERNING LAW. These Sweepstakes are governed by the laws of the State of California. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any terms of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that or any other provision. By entering the Sweepstakes, Participant irrevocably consents to the dispute resolutions stated below as well as to the sole and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the State of California located in Los Angeles, California for any action, suit or proceeding arising out of or relating to this Sweepstakes.
- DISPUTE RESOLUTION. Except where prohibited, all disputes concerning these Official Rules shall be governed by the laws of the State of California.
- INQUIRIES OR QUESTIONS. Any inquiries or questions regarding these Sweepstakes, including any lawful request for the name of the winners, may be sent by e-mail to https://www.storquest.com/contact-us . In the event there is any discrepancy or inconsistency between disclosures or other statements contained in any promotional materials and these Official Rules, these Official Rules shall govern and control.
