The William Warren Group offers competitive wages in addition to an impressive benefits package to employees who work full-time (35) hours per week. All employees must complete a 90 day probationary period prior to being eligible to participate in a variety of benefits.
401(K) Savings Plan
All employees of WWG who are 21 years of age and who have worked with WWG for six months are eligible to participate in our 401(k) plan. WWG will match $1 for $1 of the first 3%, then 50 cents of 4% and 5% contributed by the employee. The employee may contribute from 1% up to 15% of their annual earnings. A variety of investments are available.
Health Insurance
Our group provider, Blue Cross of California, offers a variety of medical and dental plans in order to fit you and your families' specific needs. WWG contributes a monetary amount to the monthly health premium of all eligible employees. The monetary amount varies and is decided at the time of eligibility.
Flexible Spending Accounts
Set aside pre-tax dollars to cover any out-of pocket expenses you may have (deductibles, co-pays, prescriptions, etc.). Specify the monthly amount to be set aside and submit your expense receipts for reimbursement.
Paid Time Off
All employees receive ten (10) days of paid vacation per year and five (5) days of sick leave per year.
Storage Discount
All employees receive a 20% discount on storage space.
On-Site Living
Several properties have apartments on-site for managers and assistant managers to reside at low-cost rent. Utilities are paid for by the company.

Field Positions
District Manager
We are looking for individuals with at least three years of multi-management experience. Must have a strong sales background, proven leadership skills, the ability to train, develop and motivate staff members, be extremely organized and have experience in maintaining budgets.
Property Manager
We are looking for energetic, reliable, self-motivated individuals with strong sales and office skills. Property Managers are required to have excellent phone presence, customer service abilities, bookkeeping skills, and computer experience. Previous property management experience is not required. This is a full time hourly position with bonuses and benefits. On-site living may be available depending upon the property.
Sales Associate
We are looking for individuals that are enthusiastic, reliable, friendly and looking to make a long-term commitment to our company. All Sales Associates will be required to assist the property manager with bookkeeping, computer data entry, telephone inquiries and other office work. This position has full time and part time opportunities available. Must be able to work on the weekends.
Bellman
We are looking for individuals who are reliable, friendly and have experience in general building maintenance. The Bellman is responsible for maintaining the appearance of the facility and greeting and assisting all customers when needed. Must be able to lift 20+ lbs., perform minor repairs and custodial duties. This position has full time and part time opportunities available.
Accounting Coordinator
The Accounting Coordinator oversees the accounting staff, manages financial reporting at the property and corporate level and disseminates quarterly investor information. Responsibilities include posting monthly comparison reports of budgets for each property and maintaining dialogue with the operations team about budget compliance.
Operations Coordinator
The Operations Coordinator works closely with all members of the corporate office as well as the property management teams at the William Warren Properties. Various duties are often project based and related to facility administration, marketing, research and reporting. Responsibilities include the analysis of competitor surveys and the evaluation of manager performance levels on a quarterly basis. Position is also in charge of identifying and executing site maintenance within an annual budget.
Marketing Coordinator
The Marketing Coordinator manages the communication between the field and the corporate office regarding all marketing and advertising efforts. Various duties include providing marketing materials to each site, displaying appropriate signage and designing and placing ads for all the facilities. Additionally, individual is responsible for closely monitoring, reviewing and evaluating all marketing programs to determine their effectiveness.
Human Resources Coordinator
The Human Resources Coordinator requires an enthusiastic and experienced individual to oversee the new hire process, including posting employment advertisements and conducting interviews. Position is also responsible for payroll calculations, benefits management, employee recognition programs and ensuring compliance with State and Federal Regulations.
Construction Project Manager
The Construction Project Manager works directly with the operations team in the corporate office. The daily responsibilities include bidding, scheduling, budgeting and directly overseeing construction maintenance related projects for the William Warren Property’s portfolio.
General Office Assistant
The General Office Assistant works on a daily basis assisting all staff members in the corporate office with various tasks. Responsible for maintaining the functionality of the corporate office by stocking supplies, answering the operator line and performing a variety of office related duties. Additional duties are on a project to project basis as needed by the President and Vice President.
Call Center Representative
Our Call Center, located in Santa Monica, CA, offers both full and part time Sales Representative positions. Responsibilities include monitoring any incoming storage related inquiries, speaking with potential customers interested in storage and renting units at all StorQuest properties. Position offers a paid sales training program and eligibility for monthly bonuses based on performance.
