StorQuest Self Storage is dedicated to providing you with the best in customer service. Below, please find answers to our most common questions.
Afraid of commitment?
We offer month to month leases, meaning no contracts and no commitment. Additionally, our facilities offer discounts for long term storage, so if you know the amount of time you will be storing you can save by prepaying your rent.
When can I get to my belongings?
Most of our facilities are open 7 days a week. Office and access vary by location. Please select a location for hours and features.
Will my belongings be safe?
To keep your belongings safe and secure, we offer state-of-the-art security that includes 24 hour videotaped surveillance, electronic gate access, good lighting and individual door alarms. Features vary by location.
Do you provide insurance?
We provide tenant insurance through The Bader Company. We highly recommend you purchase insurance to protect your items.
How much notice do I need to give to move out?
We require a 7 days written notice to move out. Full details on the vacating policy will be provided for you at the time of move-in.
Do you prorate my move out?
Billing is done on your anniversary of your move-in date. Rent is never prorated or refunded. Tenants must vacate the storage unit no later than the anniversary date in order to avoid being charged for the next month.
Do you offer boxes and packing supplies?
All StorQuest Self Storage facilities offer a wide variety of store merchandise including boxes and packing supplies. You may also have materials shipped to your door from our Online Store.
What is an On-Site Manager?
On-Site Managers live in an apartment on the facility grounds.
Are drive-up units available?
Some of our facilities offer the convenience of drive-up units that allow you to load and unload your storage items directly from your vehicle into your unit.
What are climate controlled units?
Some of our facilities offer climate controlled units to protect your belongings from extreme weather conditions. Temperatures vary by climate and region.
Can I store a RV/Camper/Car/Boat?
StorQuest Self Storage offers RV/Camper/Car/Boat storage at select locations. Please visit our RV & Boat Storage page to find a facility near you.
Are there moving trucks available?
Various locations offer moving trucks and some of our facilities offer a FREE truck and driver at move-in. Please contact a facility near you or visit our Truck and Driver Program page for full details.
How can I make a payment?
Payments can be processed by mail, in person or through our website. You may also arrange to have your payment be automatically deducted from your credit card.
Are the facility details provided on the website standard for all StorQuest stores?
Unit sizes provided are approximate. Unit features, pricing and availability vary by facility. All discounts and coupons are subject to terms and conditions based upon location and unit size.
What are the terms and conditions of this site?
StorQuest Self Storage makes no warranties on this site and its terms are subject to change at any point in time. StorQuest is not responsible for technical difficulties of any sort including a network failure or delayed connection. In addition, StorQuest will not be held accountable for the use or content of any websites accessed through or provided by this site.
